Amy is a passionate facilitator and coach. She strongly believes that every individual has his/her own talents and deserve to have a happy and satisfying career; and has a mission to inspire and support various organizations on developing engaging workforce for organizational success.
She has more than 20 years of regional corporate learning and talent development experiences with a number of multi-national corporations including BASF, Avery Dennison, Mattel and Intertek. In her most recent job, she was responsible to lead a 3-year global cultural change project in Asia Pacific which intended to foster a new “employee development” culture with a belief of “Talent is in everyone” – while it takes many different kinds of talent to run a successful business, development is for everyone – no matter what business, position, level or stage of career.
She has a broad range of facilitation and coaching experience with all levels of employees. Clients and colleagues describe Amy as a catalyst for transformation in people and organization. She is always full of passion and energy, combined with her results orientation, made a significant impact on the cultural transformation of the organization. From Fortune 500® companies to small nonprofits, she has worked with organizations of all sizes and scope across many countries in Asia.
Amy is an IAF CertifiedTM Professional Facilitator, ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certified Points of You ® Facilitator. She is certified in DiSC, Strengths Profile and Hogan Leadership Assessment. She holds a MSc in SHRM from Hong Kong Baptist University, and a B.A.(Hon) in Labour-Management Relations and Economics from University of Toronto. She is now the Vice-Chair of International Association of Facilitators, Hong Kong Chapter (IAF-HK) which intends to actively promote the art and practice of professional process facilitation, and to build a better Hong Kong through meaningful dialogue.
